30-Day Return Policy

At Balance Ballet, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date, under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All tags must be intact.
• Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Return Process:

• Contact our Customer Support team at balanceballet@email.com within 30 days of receiving your item.
• Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.
• Ship the item back to us in its original packaging.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving the return.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Any items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless defective).

At Balance Ballet, we strive to deliver your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping policy:

Processing Time:

• All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you place your order.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number.

Shipping Option

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Shipping Costs:

Free shipping on orders over $50

• Standard Internacional Shipping: $30

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's progress. If you have any issues tracking your order, please contact us at balanceballet@email.com.

Missing or Delayed Shipments:

If your order is delayed or goes missing, please reach out to us at balanceballet@email.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Orders that qualified for free shipping will have the original shipping cost deducted from the refund if returned items bring the order below the free shipping threshold. Return shipping costs may also be deducted.
